Formstack packages and pricing
There are four different packages available — three that are forms only, and one that contains Intellistack's suite of products: Forms, Documents, and Sign. Most of our customers are on the Forms only packages, which allow you to near-effortlessly create web-based forms for your website and collect data from your constituents.
Formstack Documents is a no-code document generation tool that automates the entire document lifecycle, turning your raw data into professional, dynamic documents using an AI-powered builder and advanced automation features. Their other application Sign is an eSignature tool that enables organizations to execute revenue-generating documents—like contracts, invoices, and agreements—easily and securely, ensuring a hassle-free digital experience that impresses end-customers.

* Submission counts are tracked by how many submissions are stored in Formstack. You can free up your submission count by purging old submissions from Formstack's stored submissions, something we recommend you do on a routine basis.
** If you are on, or are considering, a forms-only package, it may be more economical to simply upgrade packages rather than adding additional form packs.
