This bot was used on the COVID website during the pandemic. This is an example of a bot that has some guided conversation paths, but was built more with the expectation that users would drive the conversation on their own. When this bot was active, we closely monitored the questions coming in, and tailored answers to the needs of the users. Many of those answers are not up front and obvious, and would only have been triggered by users asking common questions. For example, try searching for something about masks or rapid tests.
