How to Order Services

Use the Minnesota IT Service Center online to request services and support:

  • The main screen allows you to search for the services available to your agency.
  • Select the appropriate catalog item to request services or to report an issue with an existing service.
  • Answer the questions in the form, and select Submit.
  • Your request will be automatically assigned to the appropriate support team.
  • You will receive an automated confirmation email. You can reply to this email to provide additional information, or connect with the support technician.
