How to Order Services

Services can be ordered online through the enterprise service desk (MNIT Mall). 

  1. Once you are in the online enterprise service desk, choose the service that best fits your request by either:
    1. Selecting your service from all of the available options in left hand navigation
    2. Searching for your request via the search box at the top of the page
  2. Select “Choose a Request”
    1. If you do not find a request that meets your needs, contact your local help desk for assistance.
  3. Select "Request Now"
  4. After making your selection, you will be presented with additional questions. Please provide the required information.
  5. When finished, select "Submit".
    1. Your request will be automatically assigned to the appropriate service team.

Follow the same process to request replacement equipment for services you are currently receiving.
