Online sales websites offer an easy way for consumers to save money buying or to earn extra money selling. Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Nextdoor and other platforms offer easy access for users to buy or sell items. But scammers are searching those same sites, hoping to steal your money.
Here are tips to avoid scammers lurking on online sales websites.
