• Address changes are completed online at www.pulseportal.com by using the “Change Your Address” tab. 
• If the address change is from state to state or changes your residency status, you must request an address change via e-mail.

• To change your name, you must complete the Notification of Name Change form (.pdf) and attach the applicable legal documentation.

  • Marriage certificate
  • Divorce decree
• A driver's license or Social Security card will not fulfill this requirement. 
• Please email the form and the legal documentation

This Change Primary Broker Application (.pdf) must be completed and submitted to the Commerce Licensing Division by e-mail or mailed to Minnesota Department of Commerce.  

The new primary broker must be an officer of the company and must already be licensed as a broker with the company.

The Real Estate Company Trust Account Termination or Change Notice (.pdf)  must be completed and submitted to the MN Department of Commerce, Licensing Division, by e-mail or mail.

Written notification to the commissioner within ten days of the change must be provided. Please fill out this form (.pdf) and submit it by email to Department of Commerce.

1. The Primary Broker will go to www.pulseportal.com  
2. Click on Terminate Employee
3. Enter the Real Estate Company information that the employee is associated with
4. Enter the employees information
5. Login with your Broker credentials
6. Check the box under the Association heading and enter the end date
7. Click continue
8. Click done
