How to Build a Mini Solar Oven

Science teachers at Kaposia Education Center, an elementary school in the South Saint Paul Public Schools, taught students about renewable energy with a lesson plan to build mini solar ovens. The lesson engages students in design, build and scientific inquiry about solar energy and insulation as part of the design.
