Minnesota established the Prescription Drug Affordability Advisory Council (PDAAC) to advise Minnesota’s Prescription Drug Affordability Board and represent stakeholders’ views. A list of current PDAAC members can be found on the Minnesota Secretary of State website.
Enabling legislation: 62J.88; Minnesota 2023 Laws, Chapter 57, Article 2, Section 31
