Minnesota’s Prescription Drug Affordability Board

Minnesota’s Prescription Drug Affordability Board was established to conduct cost reviews of prescription drug products and set payment limits. 

The Prescription Drug Affordability Board is comprised of seven voting members appointed by the governor, one nonvoting member appointed by the majority leader of the senate; and one nonvoting member appointed by the speaker of the house.

Take notice, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 13D.04, subdivision 2, that a special meeting of the Minnesota Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) will take place on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, 85 7th Place East, Suite 280, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101.  Some members may participate by interactive technology, and the public will be able to monitor the meeting electronically by using a link that will be provided on this website.  The special meeting will be for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of Executive Director and to accept public comment.  The Board will also adopt a regular meeting schedule for upcoming meetings.
