$4.7 million loan - The Heights Community Energy, Inc., St. Paul, MN
A newly formed not-for-profit entity for the purchase and installation of piping and infrastructure of a district geothermal renewable energy system at The Heights. This is a 112-acre site being developed for over 1,000 units of affordable housing and one million square feet of lite industrial space. More about The Heights.
$4.5 million loan – Avenues For Youth, Minneapolis, MN
A not-for-profit entity for the purchase and installation of a geothermal renewable energy system and associated HVAC components at its proposed facility located in Minneapolis. Avenues for Youth began in 1993 and currently assists youth, ages 16-24, who are experiencing homelessness. More about Avenues For Youth.
$1.2 million loan – Renewable Energy Partners, Minneapolis, MN
For the purchase and installation of a resiliency hub project on four school district buildings in North Minneapolis. Renewable Energy Partners is a certified Minority Business Enterprise and a member of the North Central Supplier Diversity Council. More about REP.

For the purchase and installation of solar and energy efficiency measures on a proposed facility located in an Environmental Justice community at 3561 Minnehaha Avenue. Mixed use Passive House with 32 units and 1600 sq feet of commercial space.
$1.7 million loan – 180 Degrees Inc., Minneapolis, MN
For the purchase and installation of solar and a geothermal renewable energy system with associated HVAC components at its proposed facility located at 4435 Bamber Valley SW, Rochester Township, Minnesota. This will adequately serve the needs of youth in crisis in Southern Minnesota.
$3 million loan – Neighborhood Development Center (NDC), Minneapolis, MN
For the purchase and installation of solar and efficient HVAC equipment for a new construction building that will be located at 810 East Lake Street in South Minneapolis. This innovation center will focus on assisting BIPOC business owners scale growth.
$4 million loan – Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF), Minneapolis, MN
For the establishment of a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) to help finance energy efficient housing projects in Minnesota. GMHF's mission is to support the creation of strong communities and affordable homes throughout strategic investments and effective partnerships.
