Metered Parking
Metered parking is available to visitors at the following locations on the Capitol Complex:
- Cedar Street Parking (in front of the Centennial Office Building), includes public bicycle racks. In proximity to:
- Centennial Office Building
- State Capitol
- Centennial Parking Ramp (Orange Level, east of the Centennial Office Building, access from Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd), includes public disability parking, employee-only bicycle lockers, and bicycle fix-it station. In proximity to:
- Centennial Office Building
- State Capitol Building
- John Ireland Boulevard parking (in front of the Transportation Building). In proximity to:
- State Capitol Building
- State Office Building
- Transportation Building
- Lot K (12th Street, east of the Veterans Service Building), includes public disability parking. In proximity to:
- Centennial Office Building
- Lot Q (northeast of the Administration Building, corner of Cedar Street and Sherburne Avenue, metered-area only), includes public disability parking, EV charging stations, bicycle lockers and racks and bicycle fix-it station. In proximity to:
- Ramp F (west of the Transportation Building on Rice Street), includes public disability parking, EV charging stations, bicycle lockers and racks and bicycle fix-it station. In proximity to:
- State Capitol Building
- State Office Building
- Transportation Building
- Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King (MLK) Jr. Boulevard (in front of the Judicial Center), includes public disability parking. In proximity to:
- Centennial Office Building
- State Capitol Building
Metered parking is controlled by Admin’s Facilities Management. These state parking facilities are monitored and enforced by Public Safety, Capitol Security Division.
EV Charging
EV Charging stations are located in Ramp F on the 1st Level. Electric Vehicle owners visiting the Capitol Complex must pay for their parking at the pay station and may plug-in for a maximum of 4 hours.
Parking Security and Escort Services
Capitol Security is also available to provide an escort service to your vehicle. Call 651-296-6741 to request an escort, allow up to 20 minutes for the escort to arrive.
