- From eastbound I-94: Exit at Marion Street. Turn right onto W Kellogg Blvd. Turn left onto John Ireland Blvd. Continue down to Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., turn right. Turn right on Cedar St.
- From westbound I-94: Take exit 242 A to merge onto E 12th St toward the State Capitol. Turn right onto Cedar St.
- From northbound I-35E: Take exit 106C for 11th St toward the State Capitol. Continue onto E 11th St. Turn left onto Cedar St.
- From southbound I-35E: Take exit 107 C for University Ave, continue onto E 12th St. Turn right onto Cedar St.

- From eastbound I-94: Take exit 241A toward Marion St/Kellogg Blvd/State Capitol. Turn right onto W Kellogg Blvd, then left onto John Ireland Blvd. Turn right onto Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. After passing Cedar Ave., continue and enter the parking ramp on the right-hand side.
- From westbound I-94: Take exit 242 A to merge onto E 12th St toward the State Capitol. Turn right onto Cedar St, then take a right onto Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. Enter the parking ramp on the right-hand side.
- From northbound I-35E: Take exit 106C for 11th St toward the State Capitol and continue onto E 11th St. Turn left onto Cedar St. Continue and turn right onto Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Enter the parking ramp on the right-hand side.
- From southbound I-35E: Take exit 107 C for University Ave and continue onto E 12th St. Turn right onto Cedar St. Continue and turn right onto Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Enter the parking ramp on the right-hand side.

(12th Street, east of the Veterans Service Building)
- From eastbound I-94: Take exit 241A toward Marion St/Kellogg Blvd/State Capitol, Use the right lane to merge onto Concordia Ave. Turn right onto W Kellogg Blvd, then turn left onto John Ireland Blvd. Turn right onto 12th St., turn left into Lot H entrance.
- From westbound I-94: Take exit 242 A to merge onto E 12th St toward the State Capitol. Turn right into Lot H before the cross-section of W 12th St. and John Ireland Blvd.
- From northbound I-35E: Take exit 106B toward Kellogg Blvd, use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto W Kellogg Blvd. Turn right onto John Ireland Blvd. Turn right onto 12th St., turn left into Lot H entrance.
- From southbound I-35E: Take exit 107 C for University Ave, continue onto E 12th St., and keep right. Turn right into Lot H before the cross-section of W 12th St. and John Ireland Blvd.

- From eastbound I-94: Take exit 241A toward Marion St/Kellogg Blvd/State Capitol. Turn right onto W Kellogg Blvd, then left onto John Ireland Blvd. Turn right onto Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. After passing Cedar Ave., continue and street parking will be available in the immediate area.
- From westbound I-94: Take exit 242 A to merge onto E 12th St toward State Capitol. Turn right onto Cedar St, then take a right onto Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. Street parking will be available in the immediate area.
- From northbound I-35E: Take exit 106C for 11th St toward the State Capitol and continue onto E 11th St. Turn left onto Cedar St. Continue and turn right onto Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Street parking will be available in the immediate area.

The Minnesota State Capitol is located on the north side of downtown St. Paul. It is accessible from the east and west on I-94, and from the north and south on I-35E. For information, the State Capitol Building webpage.

- From eastbound I-94: Exit at Marion Street. Turn left. Go to Aurora Avenue and turn right. Go one block and enter Parking Lot AA.
- From westbound I-94: Exit at Marion Street. Turn right. Go to Aurora Avenue and turn right. Go one block and enter Parking Lot AA.
- From northbound I-35E: Exit at Kellogg Boulevard. Turn left. Go to John Ireland Boulevard and turn right. Metered parking spaces line both sides of the boulevard.
- From southbound I-35E: Exit at University Avenue. Turn right. Go to Rice Street and turn left. Go one block, turn right and enter Parking Lot AA.
