• All Intercall features are priced per minute per attendee.
• Intercall Online provides online management for accounts, conference calls, and lets you order features such as ResPlus and Operator Assisted calls.
• ResPlus allows you to control your conference commands with a touch of a button from your telephone keypad, receive customizable features, and select from English, Spanish, or Portuguese for your system prompts.
• Operator Assisted calls create separate participant and leader conference lines and provide a vendor-supported moderator for both lines.
  • The leader moderator ensures that all are ready before beginning the conference call and introduces the call if requested.
  • The participant moderator can collect participant names, questions, and other information if requested.

• Those looking to set up Intercall options must submit a request through the Minnesota Service Hub.
• Anyone can participate in a conference call if given an Intercall-provided phone number and conference line information.

• Name
• Email Address
• Office Phone Number (for billing purposes)

You can request an account through the Minnesota Service Hub or MNIT Mall by:

• Selecting the Submit a Request Online button on the Get Help page.
• Search for Conferencing in the Search Field.
• Select Conferencing Support and fill in the required information.
• Select the Audio Conferencing option.
• Select Request Now.
