2021 Health Insurance Rates
Insurers’ final, approved 2021 rates for Minnesota’s individual and small group health insurance plans are now publicly available.
Rates for individual market health plans apply only to coverage that Minnesotans purchase for themselves. (Most Minnesotans receive coverage from employer-based insurance or public programs such as Medicare, Medicaid and MinnesotaCare.)
Rates for small group market health plans apply to coverage purchased by employers that have 2-50 full-time employees.
