In 2019, as part of the Minnesota Pharmacy Benefit Manager Licensure and Regulation Act, the Minnesota Legislature required that, beginning in 2020, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) submit transparency reports to the Department of Commerce. This second annual public report, containing data from calendar year 2020, summarizes responses from PBMs and contains individual public reports as submitted by each reporting PBM.
