Interoffice mail is picked up and delivered daily among state agencies in the Saint Paul area. To determine if your agency is part of the interoffice mail program, reference our list of participating agencies.
All interoffice mail should be enclosed in a standard interoffice mail envelope and addressed with this information: department, division, building, room number, and person's name. Note that Admin does not sort to individual employee names nor handle final distribution after delivery. Regular mail should never be mixed with interoffice mail.
