2026-2031 Master Roster Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

Master Roster for Minnesota Registered Architects, Engineers, Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Geoscientists approved to do Predesign, Design through Construction Documents, Construction Administration, including Land Surveying and Geoscientist Services through February 27, 2031.

The Master Roster RFQ will be available online throughout the five (5) year Master Roster period (February 28, 2026 - February 27, 2031).  Responses should only be sent via email to recs.contracting@state.mn.us.

Note: The following applies to firms new to the Master Roster, as well as firms changing any if their information.
