Admin Human Resources provides the full range of services necessary to recruit, train and maintain the agency's work force. Specific tasks include the recruitment, selection, and placement of employees; payroll administration; employee training and development; performance management; labor relations; leave management; employee benefits services; safety; worker's compensation; and the maintenance of employee personnel records.

We provide these services for all of Admin's divisions. In addition, through a shared services agreement with MMB and the Small Agency Resource Team (SmART) program, we provide services to a variety of other agencies, small boards, and councils.
