The Department of Administration's procurement program is established in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.


Administrative Rules

An administrative rule is a general statement adopted by an agency to make the law it enforces or administers more specific or to govern the agency's organization or procedure.

Eligibility criteria for the Small Business Procurement Program are contained in Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1230. You may obtain a copy by calling the OSP Help Line at 651.296.2600.
