Evaluation, continuous learning, and transparency are important ways to improve outputs and operations in pursuit of desired grant outcomes.
- Grantee evaluations are publicly available at this website per Minnesota Statutes, section 16B.98, subdivision 12., and as applicable per OGM Policy 08-13.
- Follow link to log-in and upload a grantee evaluation as applicable per policy OGM 08-13. Please contact Sarah Erickson, sarah.kate.erickson@state.mn.us, to request individual uploader status for your agency or grant program. Staff must cc their agency's Grants Governance Committee (GGC) member to this request. State staff with existing OSP accounts will need to have a unique grantee evaluation role added to your account. Please follow the same steps to add this role to your account.
