Office of Grants Management (OGM)
The Office of Grants Management (OGM), a division of the Minnesota Department of Administration, is responsible for establishing statewide grantmaking standards and ensuring compliance with them. These standards promote consistency, accountability, transparency, and efficiency in state grant activities. OGM also maintains a website that allows the public to find grant opportunities posted by state agencies. In June 2026, OGM launched a new website to host the policies, templates, training, and resources that support state grantmaking.
OGM also administers a portfolio of grants on behalf of the Department of Administration. Information about those grants and supporting materials for current grantees can be found here.
