The Department of Commerce is dedicated to providing the highest possible level of service to Minnesota licensees, regulated entities and consumers during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Commerce is implementing its plan to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by implementing social distancing techniques for Department staff. Commerce staff who can perform their job duties remotely are moving to a telework schedule. Commerce’s vendor partners are implementing similar practices, impacting pre-license examination facility operations and examination appointment availability.
