The following schedule of fees are due when submitting your Initial registration, Annual Renewal or an Amendment to your registration. Your registration is received on the date your paperwork has been submitted and your payment has been processed (if payment is required), whichever comes later.
- Initial Registration - $400
- Annual Renewal with Amendment - $300
- Annual Renewal without Amendment - $200
- Amendment - $100
Make checks payable to the Minnesota Commerce Department. Checks need to include a copy of the Submission Confimation page and should be mailed to the following address:
