The 2021 Legislative session saw the passage of numerous important energy bills such as Energy Conservation and Optimization, Solar for Schools, Natural Gas Innovation Act, and several Renewable Development Account grants.

The Department of Commerce is committed to its role in ensuring a timely implementation of these provisions.
