Wilder Research evaluation of the MN Energy Assistance Program (.pdf)

This report documents the results of research administered by Wilder Research on behalf of the Energy Assistance Program.

Wilder Research conducted a literature review, mailed survey, interviews with service providers, and interviews with community members to gain a deeper understanding of the overall awareness of EAP, barriers to application, and other perspectives of the program.
