Internet Access and Public Computers

Wireless internet access is available throughout the library. We also have many tables and desks with convenient access to electrical outlets.

Online access is also available through public computers within the Library. From the public computers, users may access  legal materials, journals and newspapers through HeinOnline, Westlaw, and other online services.

The library provides access to trial court and appellate court documents on three dedicated terminals.

Computer Use Policy:

  • Patrons doing legal research or creating legal pleadings have priority to use these computers.
  • Access to material that under state or federal law is reasonably believed to be obscene or child pornography is prohibited. Persons violating this restriction may be asked to leave the library.
  • The library may impose time limits on usage of the public computers so that all patrons can have access to the library's electronic resources.

The Library welcomes written comments about this policy.
