Circulation of Library Materials

Minnesota attorneys, judicial branch staff, and Minnesota state government employees may borrow circulating materials from our collection, including those from our New Books Lists. We also have a collection of legal self-help materials that members of the public may borrow.

For attorneys outside of St. Paul or Minneapolis, we will assist by mailing materials when feasible. The borrower is responsible for mailing the materials back to the library or otherwise returning them by the due date.
