The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) is honored to serve our state’s more than 286,000 Veterans and their families. These Veterans range in age from young men and women in their 20s to seniors in their 90s. They have served in World War II and the Korean War to the Vietnam War and the current Global War on Terrorism. MDVA cares for and supports Veterans throughout their lives, from supporting their education and employment searches, assisting during challenging times, providing healthcare as they age, and facilitating a dignified and respectful burial at end of life.
We appreciate you considering a donation to MDVA to support Minnesota’s Veterans. Donations may be directed to one of the Minnesota Veterans Homes, one of our State Veterans Cemeteries or to General Funds in our Central Office or Programs and Services Division. Please note that charitable contributions to governmental units are tax deductible under section 170{c)(1} of the Internal Revenue Code if made for a public purpose.
More detailed information about giving opportunities is posted below. On behalf of Minnesota’s Veterans, thank you.
