This position is designated as part-time and rotating evening / night shifts. The evening shift is 3:00pm to 11:30pm, and the night shift is 11:00pm to 7:30am. The work schedule will include at least 48 hours per two-week pay period and may include additional work hours, based on business needs. The position is initially eligible for partial employer contribution towards health and dental insurance benefits. This position will provide care for residents by assessing needs, assisting and encouraging their social and emotional well-being, and implementing orders and routines. Report and interpret observations and resident behaviors. Communicate nursing and health care concerns to supervisor. Maintain resident charts and records.
