Admission Requirements

All Residents must require skilled nursing care. Eligible Residents include:

• Veterans discharged under honorable conditions from any branch of the U.S. armed forces and a current resident of Minnesota, who served 181 consecutive days on active duty, unless discharged earlier because of disability incurred in the line of duty.
• Spouses of eligible Veterans, who must be at least 55 years old and meet residency requirements.
• Veterans or Veteran spouses must meet Minn. Stat. 197.447.

Qualified Veterans pay a $20.00 per day co-pay. For questions or more information, contact the benefit coordinator of each Home. Hear from one of our Veterans Benefit Coordinators in this short video.
