The Minnesota Veterans Homes Fergus Falls, Luverne, Minneapolis Skilled 17 and Silver Bay all received the 2015 Pinnacle Quality Insight Customer Experience Award. This is a continuation of last year's excellent services when the Homes earned "Best in Class" ratings, given only to facilities that exceed the national average, which is a prerequisite to achieving the Customer Experience Award.
Pinnacle Surveys measure nursing facilities around the country and are a leading provider for clear, accurate and comprehensive healthcare surveys. The purpose of their nationwide survey on Veterans Homes is to ensure an accurate, third-party transparency on Residents and family satisfaction and treatment. Fergus Falls, Luverne, Minneapolis and Silver Bay all provide skilled nursing care. All campuses, though very different in landscapes, provide very similar high-quality services.
The results are monthly but they are tallied by Residents who have been living there from a month to over a year. Then the survey calculates a national average to benchmark performance, which all Minnesota Homes have exceeded. At the end of the year the highest performing results receive the Customer Experience Award.

The Pinnacle Customer Experience Award is a great recognition of Minnesota and its Veterans Homes dedication to serving Veterans young and old by providing supreme health and wellness standards all across the board and across the state.
