Our Minnesota Veterans Homes are among the best in the nation in providing the healthcare that our Residents and heroes deserve. MDVA is proud to announce that the Minneapolis, Silver Bay, Luverne and Fergus Falls Homes have all received the 2020 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award. This award is given to skilled nursing facilities that score in the top 15 percent nationwide in Pinnacle Quality Insight survey results.

Our Residents and their families participate in these surveys, providing valuable feedback on the quality of our Homes’ care. In addition, our Minneapolis Homes received exemplary results on their Minnesota Department of Health surveys this past year.
