Veterans Mental Health Survey

11/10/2016 11:00:00 AM

Wilder Research is conducting an assessment of the mental and behavioral health needs of Minnesota Veterans for the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs and the Minnesota legislature. The purpose of this assessment is to give them a more complete picture of the mental and behavioral health needs of Veterans in the state, including what is working well and what can be improved.

To get a sense of these needs and barriers to services, MDVA and Wilder are asking Veterans across the state of Minnesota to complete a survey related to their mental and behavioral health. Feedback from these surveys will help improve services for Veterans across the state.

Responses are completely confidential and participants will receive a $10 gift card in appreciation of their time. Participants can call (651) 280-2748 with questions, to request a paper copy of the survey, or to complete the survey over the phone.
