MDVA has partnered with US Bank to process donations. You will receive a confirmation of your donation from US Bank. You do not need to have an account with US Bank to make a donation.
When you make a donation, MDVA will collect your personal contact information including your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. This information is being collected to properly process your donation. Your information will also be used internally at MDVA to communicate with you about your specific donation, possible future fundraising efforts, and for updates on the area you have supported with your donation. Your data will not be provided to outside entities.
