Monthly Sales Trends

The Monthly Sales Trends page provides a look at recent trends in Minnesota's charitable (lawful) gambling receipts. The data is presented in two views:

Gross Receipts Summary
This table shows gross receipts and net receipts for the most recent 12 months, along with net receipts for the corresponding month of the previous year and the percentage change from the previous year.

Gross Receipts by Game Type
This table provides a monthly breakdown of gross receipts by game type, including pull-tabs, bingo, tipboards, paddlewheels, and raffles. Note: Not all game types are visible at once. In the Gross Receipts by Game Type table, use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom to view additional columns, including tipboards.

Both views are updated monthly.

About the Data
Data typically lags several months behind the current date, since organizations are given time to correct previously reported figures. This reporting process helps ensure that the information presented reflects the most accurate data available.

The information displayed on this page is reported directly by the organizations conducting lawful gambling. The Minnesota Gambling Control Board does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the reported data.

"Gross receipts" are the total amount wagered by players. "Net receipts" are gross receipts minus the value of prizes awarded to players.
