Qualifications to Apply

If an organization answers "yes" to all nine questions in this section, the organization qualifies to apply for a license.

License and Regulatory Fees

Organizations must pay an application fee to obtain an organization license and regulatory fees based on the organization's net receipts.

Inactive License

An organization's license can be lapsed when there is no gambling sales activity, no gambling manager, failure to pay license/permit fees, or files a license termination plan.

Reporting Information Changes

Organizations are required to submit any changes to their license application information to the Gambling Control Board.

Terminating an Organization License

The LG204 License Termination Plan must be completed and submitted to the Gambling Control Board within 30 days from the last day of activity (actual sales).

Exempt Permits

Information on conducting charitable gambling on a limited basis under an exempt permit, including qualifications, application, and reporting forms.

Excluded Activity

Includes information on excluded bingo, excluded raffles, and instructions for conducting a Start Simple raffle, the simplest way to do an excluded raffle.
