When rent is based on a percentage of net receipts, the rent is paid in the month after the receipts are earned.
Rent payments must be made payable to a business, not to an individual.
Cash shortages that are the responsibility of the lessor are either deducted from the monthly rent or reimbursed by the lessor to the organization (see Cash Shortages).
Rent may not be augmented. Non-gambling money may not be used to directly or indirectly supplement rent.
