Who May (and May Not) Participate in Lawful Gambling

Note that your organization may post in its house rules additional restrictions on who may play. 1 “Conduct” includes selling or redeeming any games or equipment; auditing games or handling money; spinning a paddlewheel; conducting inventory verification; completing bingo occasion records; and selecting or announcing bingo numbers.
2 Restriction in effect until two weeks after no longer involved in conduct.
3 If not involved in the conduct of lawful gambling during the bingo occasion.
4 Persons under age 18 may not participate in any form of lawful gambling, with the following exceptions:
a. A person under 18 may sell raffle tickets.
b. A person under 18 may play paper bingo ONLY if accompanied by a parent or guardian and if the event is exempt or excluded from licensing, or part of an annual community event.
