Have you ever wondered what it takes to be one of Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement's special agents? Their Citizens Academy will give you a behind-the-scenes look at the hard work they do.

Attendees will learn about the agency, the criminal and civil process, Minnesota's alcohol and gambling laws, evidence collection and more. Participants will use the information learned and apply it as they conduct their own mock investigation.

The academy runs Tuesdays from 5 to 7 p.m. from May 14 through June 18. Classes will be held at the Burnsville Fire Department Station No. 1. Applications are due by May 10.​
