Beware of scam artists posing as Board members, staff, or law enforcement agents.
Report possible fraudulent attempts to company managers, law enforcement, and either the Federal Trade Commission or the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Internet Crime Complaint Center, dependent on the nature of the scam. If you have concerns about a suspicious phone call, hang up and call the Board of Pharmacy directly at 651-201-2825.

Notice to registered Pharmacy Technicians who have not yet attested to their continuing education hours to remind them of the July 31, 2025 due date. This message was sent only to technicians who have not yet verified their CE hours online. Technicians registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy are required to complete 20 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years to maintain their active status. Technician CE reporting is due by July 31st of every odd year.
