Complaints
With the passage of the adult-use cannabis bill in Minnesota, the regulatory oversight of edible cannabinoid products has transitioned from the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). Please click this link to access the Edible Cannabinoid Product Complaint Form. The board is required to investigate all jurisdictional complaints against the individuals and businesses that it regulates. lf the complaint alleges a violation of the Pharmacy Practice Act, the complaint will be investigated. An example of a non-jurisdictional complaint is one which alleges an excessive fee for services performed. The board does not have the authority to determine how much a pharmacy charges for services.
