*The Board of Pharmacy is providing public notice for an emergency meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 3:30 pm as provided for in Minnesota Statutes 13D.04 Subd 3 (e). The meeting will be hybrid, and the location of the meeting will be 335 Randolph Ave, Suite 230. The discussion agenda will be limited to legal advice on the RACHEL SCOTT and DORA IG-IZEVBEKHAI, Plaintiffs, v. THE MINNESOTA BOARD OF PHARMACY; case. No other board business will be addressed.
The meeting will be a ‘closed’ meeting not open to the public based on statutory exceptions for Attorney-Client Privilege in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13D.
