Board of Pharmacy Communications

Below is a list of emailed communications sent by the Board of Pharmacy via Gov Delivery beginning in January 2025. This list will not include individually sent communications or reminders sent through our Online Services system. If you have any questions regarding an email communication you have received from the Board of Pharmacy, please contact us at pharmacy.board@state.mn.us

MN Board of Pharmacy Newsletters are published quarterly in January, April, July, and October. They can be found on the NABP website or here on our website under Newsletters.


Spam

Beware of scam artists posing as Board members, staff, or law enforcement agents.
Report possible fraudulent attempts to company managers, law enforcement, and either the Federal Trade Commission or the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Internet Crime Complaint Center, dependent on the nature of the scam. If you have concerns about a suspicious phone call, hang up and call the Board of Pharmacy directly at 651-201-2825.

Fraud Alert Targeting Pharmacy Staff

Sent: March 21, 2025
Pharmacists and pharmacy support staff are reminded to be alert to potentially fraudulent calls, faxes, and attempts at phishing. The most recently reported incidents involve scammers attempting to impersonate Board of Pharmacy and/or federal investigators. The Board does not utilize contractors or subcontractors for this type of investigation.
