This list will not include individually sent communications or reminders sent through our Online Services system. Beware of scam artists posing as Board members, staff, or law enforcement agents.
Report possible fraudulent attempts to company managers, law enforcement, and either the Federal Trade Commission or the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Internet Crime Complaint Center, dependent on the nature of the scam. If you have concerns about a suspicious phone call, hang up and call the Board of Pharmacy directly at 651-201-2825.

Pharmacists and pharmacy support staff are reminded to be alert to potentially fraudulent calls, faxes, and attempts at phishing. The most recently reported incidents involve scammers attempting to impersonate Board of Pharmacy and/or federal investigators. The Board does not utilize contractors or subcontractors for this type of investigation.
