Well-being webinars

Take an hour to focus on your health by attending one of our weekly well-being webinars. All sessions are held from noon to 1 p.m. Learn more about upcoming sessions in the PDFs and follow the links to register. If you need an ASL interpreter or CART to access the webinars, please notify us at least three weeks prior by emailing work.well.mmb@state.mn.us.

Webinar recordings 

You can access recordings of well-being webinars about three weeks after they take place. This allows time for the videos to be made accessible. 

To access recordings, log on to www.mylifematters.com and enter password: stmn1. Go to the right-hand side of the page, and under Quick Links, select “Work Life Webinar Archives.
