Kathy Manlapas

Kathy serves as an Education and Civic Engagement Specialist, supporting colleagues and collaborating on initiatives. She retired after over 25 years teaching in the Deaf/Hard of Hearing field across all ages. Kathy holds a BA in Deaf Education (Lenior Rhyne College,1991), an MA in Education (Hamline University,2004), and earned her Community Health Worker Certificate from St. Catherine’s University in 2024. She remains actively involved in the Deaf Community through volunteering and board service.
