The fifty members of the Collaborative Plan workgroups will participate in the 2018 Collaborative Plan D/DB/HH Education Summit on October 25-26, 2018. Summit participants will celebrate the outcomes and lessons of the past ten years and develop a strategic new Collaborative Plan for the upcoming five-year cycle. Learn more about the summit.
