Find Vaccine Locations
This Vaccine Locator Map is intended to help Minnesotans more easily find and connect with local vaccine providers in their area. For information about vaccine appointments, visit the COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Frequently Asked Questions page.
When possible, please use the information in the table below to make appointments through the provider’s website and to confirm vaccination location and hours. Each provider manages its own schedules and appointments. As of March 30, all Minnesotans age 16 years and over are eligible for a vaccine, but not all providers are offering appointments to everybody right now. Only contact individual providers directly if needed to reduce the number of calls to each location.
If you are not connected with a health care provider, resources are available on Health Care Assistance. The COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program may be another option to explore. Stars denote Community Vaccination sites on the map below. Sign up for the COVID-19 Vaccine Connector to get updates on vaccine opportunities near you and be entered into the random selection process for the state’s Community Vaccination Program sites.
As the federal government distributes additional vaccine doses, new providers and locations may be added. All locations are approximate.
Even if you are vaccinated, you will still need to wear a mask and stay at least 6 feet away from others in public and when visiting with unvaccinated people from different households. Everyone should continue to wash their hands a lot and stay home if they are sick. For more information, see About COVID-19.
