Insurance complaints and coverage
If you have a complaint regarding your health insurance and COVID-19 coverage, you can submit a complaint via the Department of Commerce’s online portal or call Commerce’s Consumer Service Center at 651-539-1600 or 1-800-657-3602 and choose option #9 for COVID-19 testing or insurance related complaints.
Report fraudulent tests or other scams
The Attorney General's office accepts COVID-19 related complaints having to do with fraud, health-related scams (miracle cures, products, or treatments), government imposter and financial relief scams, cyber crime, financial crime, hate crime, or other civil or criminal law concerns.
You can file a complaint with the Attorney General or submit feedback by phone Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., using the following numbers:

Issues with getting testing results
Saliva community tests
Results are typically available 24-72 hours after your sample arrives at the lab, but there can sometimes be delays. If you have questions regarding saliva testing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-800-5698. Please do not contact MDH for results.
