Find Vaccine Locations
This Vaccine Locator Map is intended to help Minnesotans more easily find and connect with local vaccine providers in their area. For information about vaccine appointments, visit the COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Frequently Asked Questions page.
All vaccinations are by appointment only, and each provider manages its own schedules and appointments. Though as of March 30, all Minnesotans age 16 years and over are eligible for a vaccine, not all providers are offering appointments to everybody right now. Please contact providers to confirm vaccination location and hours, and that they have vaccine doses and appointments available. When possible, please make appointments through the provider’s website to reduce the number of phone calls to each location.
If you are not connected with a health care provider, resources are available on Health Care Assistance. The COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program may be another option to explore. Stars denote Community Vaccination sites on the map below. Sign up for the COVID-19 Vaccine Connector to get updates on vaccine opportunities near you and be entered into the random selection process for the state’s Community Vaccination Program sites.
As the federal government distributes additional vaccine doses, new providers and locations may be added. All locations are approximate.
Everyone, whether you have been vaccinated or not, still needs to wear a mask, stay at least 6 feet away from others, wash your hands a lot, and stay home if you are sick. For more information about the vaccine, see About COVID-19 Vaccine.
