This tool is intended to help Minnesotans more easily find and connect with local vaccine providers in their area.
Each provider manages its own schedules and appointments. Please contact providers to confirm vaccination location, hours, and availability.
If you are not connected with a health care provider, resources are available on Health Care Assistance. The COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program may be another option to explore. Stars denote no-cost Community Vaccination sites on the map below.

To search fpr providers by the brand of vaccine they offer (e.g. Pfizer), visit the Centers for Disease Control’s Vaccines.gov.
Providers can now offer Pfizer booster shots to Minnesotans who are eligible, and who previously received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.
Health officials recommend you get a Pfizer booster shot at least 6 months after your second dose of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine if you:
Additionally, you may get a Pfizer booster shot at least 6 months after your second dose of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine if you are:
- 18-49 years old and at high risk for severe COVID-19 disease because of certain underlying medical conditions (refer to CDC: People with Certain Medical Conditions).
- 18-64 years and at increased risk for getting COVID-19 disease because of workplace or institutional setting (e.g., frontline medical workers, educators and child care personnel, first responders).
