Find Vaccine Locations

image roll up your sleeves, Minnesota

This tool is intended to help Minnesotans more easily find and connect with local vaccine providers in their area.

Each provider manages its own schedules and appointments. Please contact providers to confirm vaccination location, hours, and availability.

If you are not connected with a health care provider, resources are available on Health Care Assistance. The COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program may be another option to explore. Stars denote no-cost Community Vaccination sites on the map below.

All locations in the map below are approximate.

Everyone, whether you have been vaccinated or not, still needs to wear a mask, stay at least 6 feet away from others, wash your hands a lot, and stay home if you are sick. For more information about the vaccine, see About COVID-19 Vaccine

Booster shots

Providers can now offer booster shots to Minnesotans who are eligible, and who previously received any of the three authorized or approved COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson).

According to federal health officials, Minnesotans who got the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine can now get a booster at least six months after their initial series if they are:

  • 65 years and older
  • Age 18+ and live in long-term care settings
  • Age 18+ and have underlying medical conditions
  • Age 18+ and work or live in high-risk settings

All Minnesotans age 18 and older who got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are recommended to get a booster shot at least 2 months after their initial vaccine.

Officials also authorized 'mixing and matching' COVID-19 vaccine boosters, meaning anybody who is eligible to get a booster shot can get any of the three currently authorized or approved vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson) – regardless of what product they received for their primary series.
