They are also expected to treat everyone fairly and equally, regardless of race, sexual orientation, place of origin, political beliefs, sex, or age. MNCDHH will not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
Meeting by telephone or other electronic means
Minn. Stat. § 13D.021 provides that a meeting of a public body may be conducted via telephone or other electronic means if meeting in a public location is not practical or prudent because of a health pandemic or declared emergency.
Opportunities for public comment
Individuals from the public wishing to address the Board must email Katy.Kelley@state.mn.us prior to the Call to Order and may speak for 4 minutes.
