Board meetings are open to the public. ASL interpreters and CART services are provided at all meetings. If you plan to attend and request additional accommodations, please contact mncdhh.info@state.mn.us as soon as possible, preferably at least 2 weeks in advance.
Along with other MNCDHH meetings and events, board meeting dates and times can be found on MNCDHH's events page.
All meeting participants are expected to treat other attendees with the utmost respect, including respecting all of the attendees' time, space, ideas, and thoughts. They are also expected to treat everyone fairly and equally, regardless of race, sexual orientation, place of origin, political beliefs, sex, or age. MNCDHH will not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
Minn. Stat. § 13D.021 provides that a meeting of a public body may be conducted via telephone or other electronic means if meeting in a public location is not practical or prudent because of a health pandemic or declared emergency.
Individuals from the public wishing to address the Board must email maya.larson@state.mn.us prior to the Call to Order and may speak for 4 minutes.
A board motions and votes list has been maintained since May 2021 and is available for public view.
