CAAPB Meetings

The Board hosts its meetings in a hybrid format, enabling people to attend in person or online. A Livestream of the meeting allows online viewing.  Links to the live stream meetings are posted on our home page and the Announcement page prior to the meetings. If the meeting includes a public hearing portion, people can sign up ahead of time to receive login information to provide virtual comments during the meeting. The location of in-person meetings may vary, so please check the location for each individual meeting. 

The Board meets on an as needed basis, typically every 2-3 months for a 2 hour meeting. Meeting dates and times are scheduled around the availability of Board members. If you wish to stay informed on upcoming Board meetings, you can sign up to receive meeting notices here.
